Represented and communicated needs of the whole company (Cultural Infusion) and its CEO to the games team, and helped incorporate Joko's World as a part of the company's business ecosystem.

Oversaw cohesion of vision and quality for all areas (art, programming, music, marketing). Frequently staff were located in different countries with different cultural and language backgrounds.

Prepared vertical slices of the game, orgainised students and teachers, conducted testing and focus groups, reported results, actioned them into tasks based on feedback.
