Mission Statement

Choose five songs with the most 'soul power'
Remain honest to the soul of that music and 'let it be, what it wants to be' (No Ego, and be a 'midwife' to the process of creation).
Bring to the world the complexity of emotions I felt.
Complete a work wholy myself (as much as possible).
Refine and exercise my artist intuition.
Immersive levels of complexity.
Create something that on an individual song, and as a whole project, has a emotional cadence and consistency.
Exercised available creativity while I was focusing on developing my game production skills

Description

EP music release
Performing, writing, arranging, producing, mixing the music.
Live instruments, sample searching, synthesizer construction, layering, live recording of featured artist, production on all that can be heard, and additional mixing.

Major Challenges:

Learning of processes in different production stages, especially mixing, mastering, and release.
Balancing work, production of music, and life.
Managing burnout during mixing/mastering
Letting go when the product had reached ~96% satisfaction to vision

Major Success:

Stayed true to creative instincts and vision across production.
The finished product is extremely close to the vision (~96% is a massive achievement)!
All aspects of musical knowledge and technical skills grew.
Refined my creative process generally (and this includes games)
Made work that stands with my best achievements.
Increased trust in my creative instincts.
