Initial Consult
Getting to know you and your circumstance.

Not mandatory, before engagement in other consults. Advantageous for precision in responses, your accumulation of Long-Term benefits, our understanding and rapport. It is recommended we create a profile to get to know you better, your goals, desires, values and particular working style.

A-B Consult
One of the most powerful tools for people with ADHD is social accountability. Together we can facilitate this.
​
An A-B Consult is a two part consult, one in the morning to discuss your daily goals, and a follow up in the afternoon where you can demonstrate you have engaged ACTUALLY completed them, or discuss what inhibited progress.

Emergency Consult
In a funk, unable to get started, or switch to a new task? Facing a large project and feeling overwhelmed? Can't find an 'in' to your creativity? You don't have to 'handle' this alone.
Previous consults not a requirement. No appointment required, expected wait time is under 30 minutes, but please allow up to 2 hours for response.
